🔄 How to Update Google Chrome

Step 1: Open Chrome Menu

1. Open Google Chrome.
2. In the top-right corner, click the three vertical dots (⋮).

Step 2: Go to “Help” → “About Google Chrome”

1. Hover over Help in the dropdown menu.
2. Click About Google Chrome.

Step 3: Chrome Checks for Updates Automatically

• Chrome will automatically start checking for updates.
• If an update is available, it will begin downloading.

Step 4: Restart Chrome

• Once the update is ready, you’ll see a “Relaunch” button.
• Click it to finish updating.

✅ How to Know You’re Up to Date

• You’ll see a message like:
  “Google Chrome is up to date.”

💡 Quick Tip

• If you see a colored icon in the top-right (green, orange, or red), Chrome is waiting for you to update:
  • 🟢 Green: Update available for a while
  • 🟠 Orange: Update overdue
  • 🔴 Red: Urgent update needed
